Bill Henderson, CPMR, President
Bill graduated in 1984 from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics. He has been in the electrical business since graduating from college starting with Rockbestos Wire & Cable. He joined Metrowest Electric Sales in 1988.
Phil Delldonna, PE, Vice President
Phil has been in the Electric Utility industry since 1981. This includes 18 years at a major electric utility company in CT, Phil joined Metrowest in 1999. Phil has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Justin Gladwin, Outside Sales
Justin has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven. Justin started his career in the electrical industry in 1994. He has worked directly for electrical manufacturers and OEMs supporting design applications and currently sales.
Mark Hookstadt, Outside Sales
Mark has been in the electrical industry and he has worked directly for switchgear and cable manufacturer’since 1984. Mark graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Economics in 1980. His responsibilities include major account management which would include the Industrial/Contractor, Utility and Consulting firms in New England and upstate New York.
Gina Lagor, Office Manager
Gina has been with Metrowest Electric Sales since 1988. Gina is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Lori Burrows, Inside Sales
Lori provides quality service to Metrowest’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks. Lori works closely with the internal team members and external Sales and Service teams to insure high customer satisfaction. Provide support as required to the Inside Sales Manager and Sales Operations Manager and works closely with distributors, manufacturers and other teams members as required or requested.
Jodi Delorey, Inside Sales
Jodi provides quality service to Metrowest’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks. Jodi works closely with the internal team members and external Sales and Service teams to insure high customer satisfaction. Provide support as required to the Inside Sales Manager and Sales Operations Manager and works closely with distributors, manufacturers and other teams members as required or requested.
Diane Hetrick, Office Assistant
Diane has been with Metrowest Electric Sales since 2006. Diane helps maintain an efficient office environment. She provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office as well as supporting our manufacturers.
Standards of Practice/Our Code of Ethics
Metrowest Electric Sales Inc. is a long-time member of the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association (NEMRA), a trade association of independent sales representatives in the electrical industry. NEMRA is organized to promote the continued growth and perpetuation of its members through the strengthening of their sales, marketing and management skills and to dramatize to the electrical industry, to customers and suppliers, the advantages to them of doing business through independent sales representatives.To further these objectives and to bring them within practical reach of its members, the association develops and maintains programs and activities designed to help them conduct their businesses in an ethical, efficient and productive manner. To implement these worthy goals, members of NEMRA voluntarily subscribe to a code of ethics which urges them to refrain from:
- Willfully inducing a principle to break its contractual relationships with another representative;
- Willfully inducing an employee of another representative to breach his employment contract with his employer
- Suggesting or agreeing to divide commissions with customers or those representing other than the representatives own principles;
- Slandering or libeling another representative, or impugning his intentions, motives, or actions;
- Betraying the confidence of other representatives or customers or principles.
